Annual Conference

February 25 – 26, 2012

On February 25 -26, 2012 approximately 250 enthusiastic and dynamic nursing students from across the state will converge in WhitePlains , New York  for Nursing Student Association of New York State Annual Conference. Our attendee includes pre nursing students, LPN, RN ADN, RN BNS and faculty. We are extending an invitation to you to participate in our conference as a Sponsor. By involving in our conference you will have the opportunity to interact with our constituents and faculty. Your generosity will be reciprocated through continuous advertising in all mode of our communication.

Sponsorship Opportunities

NSANYS Platinum

At the level sponsors are invited to offset the cost of our luncheon in exchanged for one year of free flash banner advertising on our website and have your company’s logo on the front page of our newsletter. A letter of gratitude will remain on our website for the year. This offer is valid from the day of our convention until the day of the next convention.

NSANYS GOLD

At this level sponsors are welcomed to cover the cost for the continental breakfast in exchanged for six months of free advertising on our website.  Sponsors are also entitled to a quarter page advertisement in two of our newsletter.

NSANYS SILVER

Attending nursing school can create financial hardship for nursing student. We invite you to assist us in our scholarship drive by contributing to our scholarship fund or by offering a scholarship in your company’s name.  The amount will be discussed if this is the sponosorship option of your choice.   Your gratitude will be highlighted in our newsletter and on our webpage. Additionally, sponsors at this level will have their company’s logo in the Student Packet and a reduction of $225 off their exhibition fee.

NSANYS Bronze

Sponsors at this level are welcome to assist us in our effort to advertise our event. In exchange you will receive your company’s logo in the student packet and $100 off exhibit hall table.

NSANYS SPECIAL

A minimum cost of $7,000 is requested to offset the cost of tote bags in exchange for a reduction of $250 of exhibition fee and featured store in our newsletter.
