SUPERB PARTICIPATION AWARD
The Superb Participation Award will be awarded to the local NSNA chapter that has the highest percentage of participation at the NSANYS 67th Annual Convention on February 9th, 2019 at The Convene in NYC. Only NSNA chapters will be considered in the total tally of attendees.
The Regional Directors will use the “NSNA’s Count of Members by State and School” to calculate the highest percentage based on the following formula:
# of NSNA members attended from your school ÷ total # of members at the school
For example: Nursing School A has 20 NSNA members total and all 20 of those members attend the Convention; the percentage calculated is 100%. Nursing School B has 20 NSNA members total and only 10 of those members attend; the percentage calculated is 50%. In this case, Nursing School A has 100% vs. Nursing School B has 50%. Nursing School A would win the award.
